Gift cards will expire 3 years from the date of receiving the gift card. At this point in time, any unused gift card value will be forfeited. Please contact us if you have any queries in regard to this as we don't want anyone to miss out on using their gift card!
Please do not share the gift card/voucher with multiple people. We will not be held liable for someone else using a gift card due to any negligence on your behalf.
The Audio Tailor Group shall not be responsible for any damage or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) associated with damage to goods occurring during delivery. The Customer irrevocably agrees to make a claim upon the transit insurer for any such damage or loss.
Lost in transit products cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed with the delivery service provider to confirm the item was lost in transit.
